What We Collect

When you interact with SupperSorted via WhatsApp, we collect:

• Your WhatsApp phone number (to identify your account)
• Receipt data you send us (item names, quantities, store names)
• Your taste preferences (derived from your onboarding meal picks)
• Inventory data (items tracked in your fridge)

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the SupperSorted service: tracking your fridge inventory, suggesting meals, and sending daily nudges about expiring items. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database. Receipt images are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored — only the extracted text data is retained.

Third-Party Services

We use Twilio for WhatsApp messaging and Google Gemini for AI-powered receipt parsing. These services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of all your data at any time by sending "delete my data" on WhatsApp. We will remove your account and all associated information within 48 hours.
